Covaxin Can Deal with Covid Virus Mutations: Bharat Biotech Chief Krishna Ella

By far, 11 cases of the new strain of coronavirus have been reported across India. The increasing cases of the UK strain of the virus have raised concern all over the country.

Krishna M Ella, Chairman and Managing Director of Bharat Biotech has, however, assured that their vaccine “Covaxin” is capable of dealing with the mutating coronavirus. Ella said that any kind of virus is expected to make several mutations and Covaxin will take care of it.

Bharat Biotech’s Covaxin is a single-dose nasal vaccine that is considered to be the most potential development in ending the COVID-19 pandemic in the country.
