A video of an 82-year-old woman is going viral on social media, of late. The saree-clad granny can be seen lifting weights and doing squats in the video. Have a look:
The woman is the grandmother of fitness trainer Chirag Chordia. He designed a set of workout and basic exercises for his grandma depending upon her health and age. The idea is to establish the fact that age is no bar when one decides to train oneself and stay fit.
Chirag also mentioned that his grandma wanted to be physically independent and capable, hence he got her into fitness training. She also wanted to get familiar with the idea of a gym. Kudos to you, granny!
